Who you are contracting with

Glyphway is operated by Brian Magliano-White (the "operator"). By using Glyphway, you agree these terms with Brian Magliano-White. They govern your use of the Glyphway maze builder, exports and community features.

Acceptance

By continuing to use Glyphway after being given access to these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Glyphway turns words into printable mazes. Building, playing and sharing mazes is free, and every export size and file format is included at no charge. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we may change features at any time.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Glyphway, including:

• using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
• infringing another person's intellectual property, including with words or artwork you share or print;
• interfering with security — probing, scraping, attempting to access systems or data you are not entitled to, or introducing malware;
• automating the service in a way that degrades it for others.

We may moderate or remove shared content that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful.

Accounts & credentials

You must be of legal age and have authority to agree for yourself or your organisation. Keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate information; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

Brian Magliano-White owns Glyphway, its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service, or circumvent its technical limits. Mazes you create are yours to use, print and share.

Cost

Glyphway is currently free to use in full. There is nothing to buy, no subscription and no payment details collected. If paid features are introduced later, these terms will be updated first.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (such as loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing excludes liability for fraud or where the law does not allow it.

Indemnity

You indemnify Brian Magliano-White against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these terms.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. On termination, paid access continues until the period you paid for ends. You may stop using the service at any time; recurring memberships can be cancelled from your billing page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Brian Magliano-White's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless you and we agree otherwise.
